摘  要:目的对比良性脑膜瘤患者使用γ刀与射波刀治疗效果。方法将笔者所在科经射波刀及γ-刀治疗的50例脑膜瘤患者,配对分为A、B两组,每组25例;A组接受头部γ刀治疗,B组接受射波刀治疗,分别于患者脑膜放疗前、放疗后1个月、放疗后2年测量肿瘤最大直径,同时,通过t检验评价并比较两种治疗方式疗效,比较两组患者平均治疗费用。结果 A、B两组患者肿瘤缩小程度相似(P>0.05);B组治疗费用明显高于A组患者(P<0.05)。结论γ刀与射波刀对于脑膜瘤均有较好的疗效,无明显差异。射波刀治疗费用较高,而γ刀为有创治疗,因此需根据患者具体情况选择治疗方式。Objective To compare the effects of gamma knife and Cyber knife in the treatment of benign meningiomas. Methods The 50 patients with meningioma admitted in author's hospital and treated with γ knife and Cyber knife were by pair distribution divided into group A and B. Group A received head γ knife,group B received Cyber knife,to treat respectively. Before radiotherapy,at 1 month after radiotherapy,at 2 years after radiotherapy,the maximum diameter of the tumor was measured,the curative effect was evaluated and compared between two therapies. The cost was calculated and compared between the two groups. Results In both groups the reduced degree of tumor was same (P〉0.05);but the cost of group B was significantly higt than that of group A(P〈0.05). Conclusion For meningioma the treatments with γ knife and Cyber knife have all better effect,no significant difference ,except for Cyber knife taking more cost;but γ knife treatment is invasive,therefore,it should be according to the specific condition of the patient to choose the treatment scheme.
