角膜金属异物剔除时机的探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析研究角膜金属异物剔除时机和临床疗法。方法:选取在某医院接诊的患有角膜金属异物的病人134例,对其相关临床资料给予回顾性分析。结果:134例病人手术都取得成功。在手术中发现角膜没有感染或者异物进入角膜以后采取过抗生素眼药水以及眼药膏病人,即便异物进入角膜在5天以上,金属异物也极易被彻底剔除,组织受损较小,没有1例病人继发感染,使形成薄翳明显减少,临床效果满意。结论:当金属异物进入眼内,叮嘱病人切勿揉眼,应马上去医院检查,在受伤以后30min内尚没有扩散到角膜组织时取出异物为最佳时间。另外,在裂隙灯显微镜下取出角膜金属异物,能够将整块金属异物彻底剔除,并不会引发感染,具有安全有效性。Objective：To study the corneal metal foreign body eliminate timing and clinical therapy.Selection Methods：In our hospital to receive a total of 134 cases of patients with corneal foreign bodies of metal and the related clinical data of 134 patients for regression analysis.Results：the 134 cases of patients were succeed.Found in corneal surgery without infection or foreign body into the cornea after taking antibiotics eye drops and eye ointment patients,even if the foreign body into the cornea in more than 5 days,metal foreign bodies are vulnerable to completely eliminate,less damage,secondary infection in patients with no 1 case,make form thin ＂significantly reduced and satisfactory clinical effect.Conclusion：When metal foreign body into the eye,telling the patient do not rub eyes,should go to a hospital checking,no diffusion of 30 minutes after the injury to remove foreign bodies of corneal tissue is the best time.In addition,under the slit lamp microscope to take out the metal foreign bodies of the cornea,can get rid of a whole piece of metal foreign body completely does not become infected,with a safe and effective.
