摘　　要：经济新常态给我国稀土产业带来机遇与挑战。顺应新常态的要求,按照调结构、转方式、靠创新的逻辑思路,从产能、产业集中度、开采方式、行业秩序、技术与专利水平的角度,探究影响稀土产业安全的关键问题。通过推进稀土产业供给侧改革、推进稀土大型企业集团实质性重组、提高资源利用效率、加强稀土行业监管、提高科技创新能力与加快科研成果转化等措施破解影响稀土产业安全的关键问题,为我国稀土产业安全保驾护航。China＇s new normal has brought opportunities and challenges to rare earth industry. Comply with the requirements of the new normal and according to structural adjustment,to the way,relying on innovation and logical thinking,from production capacity,this paper explores key issues affecting the security of the rare earth industry from aspects of industry concentration,mining method,the order of business,technology and patent level. It refers that it can crack the key issues affecting the security of the rare earth industry through the promotion of supply-side reform,promote large enterprise groups of rare earth substantive restructuring,improve resource utilization efficiency,strengthen supervision of the rare earth industry,improve the technological innovation capability and speed up scientific research.
