摘　　要：我国高校青年志愿者已经成为志愿服务的重要主体之一,参与到社会治理活动的各个领域。目前高校青年志愿者在社会治理活动中还存在激情高涨与持续性不强相交织,服务的公益性与目的性共存,能力欠缺与社会需求多元化疏离,自主意识增强与社会化不足相矛盾等现象。从文化碰撞、大学生心理发展规律、教育、主体协同性角度分析问题背后的原因显得尤为必要。Youth volunteers of the college have become one of the important subject of volunteer service, to participate in various areas of social governance activities. Currently there is high enthusiasm and not strong persistence,coexistence of public welfare and purpose of services, alienation of disablity and social demand diversity,conflict of enhanced self-awareness and lack of socialization and so on in social governance of youth volunteers. It is particularly necessary to analyze the reasons of the problems from the cultural collision, the law of the university students＇ psychological development, education and the coordination of main body.
