摘　　要：目的:探讨人血管生成素样蛋白(angiopoietin-like 4,ANGPTL4)在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:利用免疫组化检测ANGPTL4在50例宫颈鳞癌和10例正常宫颈鳞状上皮组织中的表达,分析ANGPTL4在宫颈鳞癌中的表达状况及与宫颈鳞癌临床病理参数的关系。结果:ANGPTL4在50例宫颈鳞癌中仅2例阴性,阳性率96.0%(48/50),而在宫颈正常组织中均无表达,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);然而ANGPTL4的过表达与患者的年龄、肿瘤分化程度以及临床分期均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:ANGPTL4在宫颈鳞癌中高表达,提示其可能参与了肿瘤的发生和发展,但其相关性还有待进一步研究证实。Objective： To explore the expression of angiopoietinlike 4（ ANGPTL4） in the tissues of cervical squamous cancer and its clinical significance. Methods： Immunohistochemistry was adopted to test the expression of ANGPTL4 in 50 cases of cervical squamous cancer tissues and 10 cases of healthy cervical squamous epithelium in order to analyze the expression of ANGPTL4 in the tissues of cervical squamous cancer as well as its correlations with the clinical parameters of cervical squamous cancer. Results： The positive rates of ANGPTL4 in the tissues of cervical squamous cancer and healthy squamous epithelium were 96%（ 48 /50） and 0%（ 0 /10） respectively,and there was statistical significance between the two groups（ P〈0. 01）; The overexpression of ANGPTL4 showed no correlation with the patients＇ age,histological differentiation degree and clinical stages of cervical squamous cancer（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The overexpression of ANGPTL4 in cervical squamous cancer indicates that it may be involved in the genesis and development of tumor,but its correlation with cervical squamous cancer needs further investigation.
