纤维增强型树脂粘接修复活髓后牙牙尖缺损疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨纤维增强型树脂粘接修复活髓后牙牙尖缺损患者的疗效观察。[方法]选取2014年1月至2016年1月本院收治的活髓后牙牙尖缺损患者150例，共181颗患牙。采用随机数表法将150例患者分为A、B、C三组，每组50例。A组患者采用纤维增强型树脂粘接修复，B组患者采用二氧化锆全冠修复，C组患者采用铸瓷嵌体修复。比较三组患者修复后6、12及18个月患牙边缘着色、解剖形态、表面质地、继发龋、边缘适应性、牙龈状况。[结果]三组患者修复后相同时间点的边缘着色、解剖形态、表面质地、继发龋、边缘适应性、牙龈状况比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；A组患者修复后三个时间点的边缘着色、解剖形态、表面质地、继发龋、边缘适应性、牙龈状况比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。[结论]采用纤维增强型树脂粘接修复活髓后牙牙尖缺损的效果与二氧化锆全冠修复茚口铸瓷嵌体修复的效果比较差异无统计学意义，采用纤维增强型树脂粘接修复后18个月效果也无显著变化，但其长期疗效需要进一步观察。[Objectivel To observe the curative effects of fiber-reinforced resin adhesive repair in patients with vital pulp cusp defects.[Methodsl One hundred and fifty cases of patients with vital pulp cusp defects from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected; a total of 181 teeth was included.Randomly 150 patients were divided into A, B, C three groups, 50 cases in each group. Patients in the Group A were treated with fiber rein- forced resin, the Group B with two zirconia crown, and the Group C with cast porcelain inlay restoration. 6, 12 and 18 months after repair, the tooth edge coloring, anatomical morphology, surface texture, secondary caries, marginal adaptability and gingival condition of the three groups of patients were compared with.[Results]There was no significant difference in the three groups of patients with the same time points after the restoration of the edge coloring, anatomical morphology, surface texture, secondary caries, marginal adaptability, and gingival con- dition（ P〈0.05） ; After the repair of the Group A, there was no significant difference in fields of the edge colo- ring, anatomical shape, surface texture, secondary caries, marginal adaptability and gingival condition of group at three different time points （ P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Statistically, vital pulp cusp defect repair through fiber-rein- forced resin adhesive ,zirconia crown and cast porcelain inlay restoration do not show significant differences so far as the clinic efficacy is concerned. There is no significant change in the effect of fiber reinforced resin adhesive after 18 months, but its long-term curative effect needs further observation.
