摘 要:在现状调查的基础上,针对设计水文条件,通过设计参数和模型概化,以COD和氨氮作为控制指标,对浑太河流域内河流采用一维水质模型、湖库采用均匀混合模型进行水环境容量计算。在确定流域典型污染物分期、分区参数的基础上,结合水环境容量包线特点,动态确定计算单元水环境容量。Based on the present situation investigation and the design hydrological condition, taking the COD and ammonia nitrogen as the control indexes, the water environment capacity are calculated through the parameter design and model generalization for the rivers and the lakes and reservoirs in the Hun-Tai rivers basin. In calculation the one-dimensional water quality model is adopted to calculate the capacity for the rivers and the uniform mixing model is adopted to calculate the capacity for the lakes and reservoirs. Based on the determination of staging and zoning parameters of typical pollutant of the river basin, the water environment capacity of calculation unit is dynamically determined combined with the envelope characteristics of the water environment capacity.
