糖尿病视网膜病变患者血浆与房水中IL-33水平的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨白介素-33(IL-33)在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)血浆与房水中的变化。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)定量检测无糖尿病视网膜病变(NDR)组30例、非增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变(NPDR)组30例、增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变(PDR)组30例及正常对照组30例血浆、房水中IL-33的含量,并进行分析。结果血浆中NPDR组IL-33含量明显低于正常对照组、NDR组和PDR组(P<0.05);房水中PDR组IL-33含量明显高于NDR组和NPDR组,NPDR组IL-33含量高于NDR组,以上3组中IL-33含量均高于正常对照组(P<0.05);NDR组、NPDR组和PDR组自身血浆、房水中IL-33含量两者比较,房水>血浆(P<0.05)。结论 IL-33与DR程度有相关性,其可能在DR的发生发展中起着重要作用。Objective To detect the changes on IL - 33 in plasma and intraocular liquid of diabetic retinopathy （DR）. Methods The concentration of IL - 33 in plasma, aqueous humor in NDR （ n = 30）, NPDR （ n = 30）, PDR （ n = 30） and normal group （ n = 30） were detected by ELISA. Results The plasma levels of IL - 33 in NPDR group were significantly lower than those in control group, NDR group and PDR group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Aqueous humor： The levels of IL - 33 in PDR group were significantly higher than those in NDR group and NPDR group. The levels of IL - 33 in NPDR group were significantly higher than those in NDR group. The levels of IL - 33 in all of the three groups were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05） ; Compared the levels of IL - 33 between the plasma and aqueous humor of NDR group, NPDR group and PDR group individually, the results showed aqueous humor 〉 plasma （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion IL - 33 is related to the degree of DR. It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of DR process probably.
