《针灸资生经》关于火针疗法应用浅析

摘　　要：《内经》首次提到"燔针""焠刺",晋代《小品方》最早记载了火针的名称,以后经过历代医家的研究和临床实践,逐步完善,历经数千年,发展成为现代针灸治疗中独特的疗法之一。火针的作用机理在于用温热刺激穴位或部位来鼓舞正气,调节脏腑,激发经气,从而达到针和灸的双重治疗作用。在数千年的发展中,宋代《针灸资生经》首次以医案的形式记载火针疗法在内科疾病的应用,笔者将对《针灸资生经》关于火针疗法内容作一浅析,为当今火针治疗内科疾病提供有益的借鉴。Fire Needle can be traced back to Huangdi Neijing ,its name is red-hot needling,fire puncture. The Classical Prescriptions of Jin Dynasty mention the exact name of Fire Needle for the first time . after successive subject of research and clinical practice,gradu-ally improved,developed into a characteristic therapy of modern acupuncture treatment after thousands of years. The mechanism of the Fire Needle is with warm to stimulate acupuncture points or parts to encourage healthy trends, regulating zang-fu organs, stimulating bullishness, so as to achieve the needle and moxibustion therapy effect. In the development of thousands of years, the Experience on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy Of Song Dynasty recorded the application of fire needle therapy in medical disease in the form of consilia for the first time , this article will make a brief analysis in the application of Fire Needle therapy on experience on acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, provide some useful reference for today＇s Fire Needle treatment of internal diseases. A brief analysis in the ap-plication of Fire Needle therapy on Experience on Acupuncture and Moxibustion therapy.
