摘　　要：法治是高校群体性事件治理的有效途径,其价值取向主要体现在依法保障大学生权利、建立校园法律秩序、实现大学生自由全面发展等三个方面。现今,高校群体性事件治理还存在着大学生合法权益得不到有效保障、学生管理者的法治意识有待加强、学生管理法律法规不健全等主要问题,应从保障学生参与学校管理、树立以学生权利为本的法治理念、完善高等教育法律法规等路径解决。The rule of law is an effective approach for the solution of group events, its value orien- tation mainly reflected in accordance with the law to protect the rights of college students, to establish the campus legal order, to realize the free and comprehensive development of university students etc. Nowadays, college mass incidents management still exist problems such as the legitimate rights and interests of college students is not effectively protected, and the consciousness of rule of law of student management needs to be strengthened, the laws and regulations concerning the management of students is not perfect and so on. And we should sovle these problems from the perspectives of pro- tecting the students＇ rights in participating in the school management, establishing student rights ori- ented concept of the rule of law, improving higher education laws and regulations etc..
