摘　　要：随着活动产业的价值在全球范围内被日益认识和关注,相关的理论研究得到蓬勃的发展,从而衍生出对"活动研究"作为一门学科的可行性、必要性和发展方向的探讨。从学科发展的视角,通过对国际活动研究主流期刊的相关英文文献进行系统梳理,梳理了国际活动研究的历史演进过程,进而从热点问题、理论和研究方法、学术期刊等方面对该领域的研究进展进行了分析,并对未来的研究趋势做了展望。在此基础上,讨论了活动研究作为一门学科需要进一步厘清的边界问题。With the increasing recognition of the value of event industry on the globe,research on events has gained rapid development,which breeds to the discussion on the possibility,necessity and future direction of event studies as a potential discipline.Taking the perspective of discipline development,the article reviewed key literatures published on mainstream international event or relevant journals,analyzed the historical evolution,current development,hot research topics,deficiency and future direction of event studies.Finally this paper discriminated the boundary and the rationality of event studies as a discipline,and argued that eventology is a rising interdiscipline but it is still in the stage of prescience.In reference to the three-level functional structure in generic system theory,the paper put forward a framework of disciplinary system with strong explanatory power for the future study on event and event industry.
