摘  要:目的:对超声联合钼靶X线诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的临床价值进行探讨。材料与方法:选取本院2010年11月-2011年11月期间收治的120例乳腺微钙化灶患者,所有患者均给予高频彩超和钼靶X线摄影诊断,对两种诊断方法进行对比。结果:超声联合钼靶X线摄影诊断的准确性、敏感性及特异性均高于两种方法单独诊断效果,差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05;对乳腺微小钙化灶诊断方面,高频彩超与钼靶X线摄影的检出率都比较理想,但钼靶X线摄影的敏感性与特异性均高于高频彩超,差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:超声联合钼靶X线对乳腺肿块良恶性进行诊断,准确率较高,在临床中有推广应用的价值。Purpose: To explore the clinical value of ultrasound combined with molybdenum target X-ray in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Materials and Methods: 120 cases of breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from November 2010 to November 2009 were selected. All patients were diagnosed by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray photography. The two diagnostic methods were compared. Results: ultrasonography combined with molybdenum target radiography diagnosis accuracy,sensitivity and specificity were higher than those of the two methods alone,the diagnosis results,significant differences,was statistically significant,P 0. 05; of breast microcalcification diagnosis,high frequency ultrasound and mammography detection rates are ideal,but the sensitivity and specificity of mammography were higher than high frequency color Doppler ultrasound,significant differences,was statistically significant,P 0. 05). Conclusion: ultrasonography combined with molybdenum target X-ray has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors,and it has the value of popularization and application in clinic.
