摘　　要：石油石化作为高温高压、易燃易爆行业,其采购物资的质量是企业安全、长效运营的基础。因此,通过合适的方法优选出优秀的供应商是石油石化企业物资采购管理的重要环节。文章以某石油石化企业为研究对象,通过建立绩效评价模型,并结合工作实际对供应商优化选择提出了相关建议。Petroleum and petrochemical industry is a high-temperature, high-pressure, inflammable and explosive industry, the quality of its purchased materials is the basis of an enterprise＇ safe and long-term operation, so how to select excellent suppliers by suitable method is the important link of petroleum ＆ petrochemical enterprise procurement management. Using a certain petroleum ＆ petrochemical enterprise as the object of study, based on establishing performance evaluation model and combining with the reality of work, the article puts forward relevant suggestions for supplier optimal selection.
