摘　　要：随着翻译步入互联网时代,翻译借助网络达到了传统翻译业所不可企及的效率、速度、自由、免费、平等、开源、分享、互动和去中心化的理想境界,翻译行业的互联网转型引起了一系列文化、经济和社会关系网络的重织,从而引起该行业伦理思潮的流变。基于理论家雷蒙德的开源理论,本文对新兴互联网翻译行业的伦理基础进行了分析解读,研究发现开源文化已经渗透到翻译领域,"开源分享"伦理观规范着正在发生数字化转型的翻译行业的秩序。With the arrival of the Internet era,translation is approaching an ideal realm of＂high efficiency,fast speed,freedom,no charge,equality,open source,sharing,and decentralization＂which is far beyond the reach of the traditional translation industry. The Internet＇s transformation of translation industry has reconstructed the networks of culture,economy and society,which unavoidably leads to the ethical evolution of the translation industry. Based on Raymond＇s Open-Source Concept,this paper makes a thorough analysis and interpretation of the ethical basis in the new rising online translation industry. The result shows that the Open-Source culture has penetrated into the realm of translation and the ethical Codes of＂Open-Source and Sharing＂are regulating the translation market in its digital transformation process.
