摘 要:近年来,生物炭由于其高pH值,强吸附能力以及比表面积等特性广泛应用于农田土壤改良。然而,针对生物炭提高土壤pH值是否会对喜酸植物茶树的生长产生影响却缺乏系统研究。研究中,通过对茶树幼苗在生物炭改良土壤中生长状况监测,系统评估生物炭改良对茶树生存以及生长状况的影响。实验设置不同生物炭添加水平(0、10、20、50、100T·hm-2),系统观测盆栽土壤的pH值以及幼年茶苗的存活率、株高、茎粗、叶片数。结果显示:生物炭改良土壤pH值高于对照土壤pH值达1.33,有效改善茶园土壤趋酸特性。此外,茶树幼苗存活率结果显示生物炭改良技术有利于幼年茶苗的存活;但对幼年茶苗的生长没有太大影响。因此,生物炭用于改善茶园土壤酸化技术具有一定的可行性。Due to high pH, strong adsorption ability and great specific surface area, biochar is widely used in the agricultural soil for amendment. However, it is limited knowledge for the studying on the effect of the enhancing of pH value leaded by biochar on the tea tree survival and growth. In this study, the variation of soil pH value, the tea tree survival and growth were monitored for systematic evaluation between biochar application and tea tree survival and growth. The experiment containing different biochar amount (0,10,20,50,100 T. hm-2)was set up and the soil pH value, the survival of seedlings, plant height, trick stems and leaf numbers were determined regularly. The results showed that the pH value of biochar amended soil was significantly higher (1.33) than the pH values in the control demonstrates that biochar is a potential method for mitigation of tea garden soil acidification. In addition, the survival of tea seedlings implied that biochar application offers some benefit to the survival of tea seedlings. However, the results of tea tree growth were not affected by biochar application. So the study suggests that biochar application is a potential method for improve the tea garden soil acidification, but it need further researches on the relation of biochar properties and soil characteristic.
