酒精戒断性震颤谵妄患者临床资料分析

摘　　要：目的了解酒精戒断性震颤谵妄患者的临床特点，为临床诊治提供依据。方法对40例酒精戒断性震颤谵妄患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者均为男性，其中少数民族占67．5％，初中及以下文化程度周占82．5％，农民、工人占97．5％，婚姻状况较差（离婚率7．5％）；临床表现为不同程度的意识障碍，有明显的肢体震颤；合并躯体疾病较多，辅助检查结果异常率较高；治疗后临床治愈率为80．0％，总有效率为97．5％。结论酒精戒断性震颤谵妄患者以男性、少数民族患者居多，多为体力劳动者，文化程度较低；患者有明显的肢体震颤及不同程度的意识障碍，病情危重，临床治疗效果较好。Objective To explore the clinical features of patients with alcohol withdrawal delirium tremens （AWDT） in order to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinical data of 40 AWDT patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients were all male, minority nationality ones made up 67.5%, ones with educational levels of junior high school and below did 82.5%, farmers＇ and workers＇ ones did 97.5%, and their marital status was poor （divorce rate was 7.5%）; clinical mani- festations were different degrees of disturbance of consciousness and obvious limbs tremor; complicated somatic diseases were more and the abnormal rate of auxiliary examination results was higher; recovery rate was 80.0% after treatment, total effective rate 97. 5%. Conclusion Patients with the AWDT are mainly the male, minority nationality and manual workers, their educational levels are lower; patients have obvious limbs tremor and different degrees of disturbance of consciousness, patient＇s conditions are critical, and clinical curative effects better.
