浅析贵州少数民族地区某医高专学生运动素质

摘　　要：目的:了解贵州少数民族地区某医高专学生运动素质现状。方法:采用文献资料法、比较分析法、数理统计法对黔南民族医学高等专科学校近三届校运会田径比赛项目,前8名学生运动成绩进行统计分析。结果:该校男生200 m、跳高、跳远、三级跳成绩差于往届(P<0.05),各项最优成绩主要集中在第19届;女生100 m、400 m成绩好于往届(P<0.05),跳远、标枪成绩差于往届(P<0.05)。结论:贵州少数民族地区某医高专男生的速度、耐力、力量运动素质明显下降,女生的速度和耐力素质有所提高,但力量素质下降,应进一步加强学生体育工作。Objective：To realize the college students sports quality present situation in Guizhou minori-ty areas;Methods：The method of literature,comparative analysis,and mathematical statistics method were used to investigate the track -and -field match projects from the recent 3 sessions school sports meeting of Qiannan Medical College for Nationalities.In addition,the top 8 students sports scores were analyzed;Re-sults：The school boy’ s 200 m,high jump,long jump and triple jump were worse than the last （P 〈0.05）,the optimal results were mainly concentrated in the 1 9th;the girl’s 1 00m 400m were better than the last （P 〈0.05）,the long jump,javelin were worse than the last （P 〈0.05）,Conclusion：In Guizhou minority areas ,the college boy＆#39;s speed,endurance,strength,and sports quality were significantly lower than the last ,the girl＆#39;s speed and endurance quality were improved,but the strength quality was dropped.Those data suggested that the students sport work should be further strengthen.
