摘　　要：中小企业日益成为经济发展的主要增长点,中小企业的健康成长更是社会各界关注的热点。企业的成长性是衡量上市公司投资价值的最主要的指标之一。灰色关联度在以往社会经济领域的研究中取得了较好的应用效果,本文则利用灰色关联分析,对中小上市公司成长性评价进行了研究,拟合出一个可以量化的评价企业成长性的模型,并对中小板企业样本进行了成长性评估。small enterprises are now becoming a majorgrowth point of economic development, and the growth ofsmall enterprises draw attention of all the society. Meanwhile,the growth of a company is one of the most important indicatorsfor investor to make decisions. Gray relational analysis gaingood practical effects in previous researches in social sciences.This paper analyzes the growth of small enterprises based ongray relational analysis, fitting out a quantitative evaluationmodel, and make growth through samples from small andmedium enterprises board in Shenzhen stock exchange.
