基于投资人的企业财务评价体系研究

摘　　要：投资人对于企业投资的成败在很大程度上取决于投资人自身对于企业业绩的判断,而企业业绩主要就是通过财务状况得以反映的,目前从投资人角度建立企业财务综合评价方面的研究尚少。鉴于此,文章拟从投资人的角度出发,通过参考国内外最新对于企业财务综合评价指标体系的研究成果及相关理论,完成了新的企业财务指标综合评价系统的设计。这套新的评价体系,在进行指标体系的初选过程中,充分考虑到从投资人角度选择相关财务指标,以及这些财务指标数据的可得性,初步构建出基于投资人角度的财务综合评价指标体系。由于指标过多,影响后期评价效果,通过粗集理论对其进行约简,去掉冗余指标,获得核心指标,而后利用BP神经网络算法建立评价模型,从而建立粗集-BP神经网络分类评价模型。研究以期为基于投资人角度的财务评价指标体系的完善和发展提供有益的借鉴与参考。The success of the enterprises＇ investment depends on investors＇ judgments for corporate performance greatly, and busin-ess performance is mainly reflected by financial situation. However, current research about the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation of Enterprise Financial based on investors＇ point of view is limited. As a result of this, based on the investor＇ point of view, with references from current domestic and foreign enterprises comprehensive evaluation index system for financial research and theory, a new design enterprise financial index comprehensive evaluation system is established. The new primary process of evaluation system within the index system, which fully take into account to select the relevant financial indicators and the financial indicators data from the investors＇ view of availability, initially built to comprehensive evaluation, based on the perspective of investors, financial system, since the post-evaluation and impact indicators excessive effect, rough set theory through reductions, and with the core index, reuse BP neural network algorithm for establishing evaluation model in the modeling process. We hope that the new system will provide a useful reference for improvement and development of financial-based evaluation system investors＇ angles.
