热浸镀锌板在不同腐蚀条件下锌层厚度与耐蚀性能的关系

摘　　要：以普通家电板为研究对象,通过将不同镀层厚度、不同变形状态的镀锌板进行盐雾腐蚀试验、全浸泡腐蚀试验,对比分析镀层耐蚀性与锌层厚度和变形的影响关系。分析得出:镀层的耐蚀性随镀层厚度的增加逐渐增强;变形状态对镀锌板的耐蚀性影响不大。Taking common appliance sheet as the experimental material, the relationship between corrosion resistance of zinc coating and thickness and deformation was analyzed through salt spray test and immersion corrosion test under the condition of different thickness and deformation. The result showed that the corrosion resistance increases as the thickness increases and deformation has little influence on corrosion resistance.
