摘　　要：企业科技图书馆为企业所兴办,理所当然地要直接为企业服务,要为企业的兴旺发达作出应有的贡献。企业科技图书馆要系统地收集符合本单位专业性质的文献资料,不断提高馆藏质量,逐步形成以所在单位专业性质为特色的藏书体系;同时,要不断地提高工作水平和服务质量,了解读者的需求,主动为读者提供有价值的文献资料,才能最大限度地满足读者的需要,从而达到为企业生产、科研和管理服务的目的。As an enterprise library is set up by the enterprise, it should certainly serve the enterprise directly and contribute to the flourish of the enterprise. An enterprise library should systematically collect documents and materials in accordance with the specialties of the unit, continuously improve the quality of its collections and gradually form a library collection with the characteristic of the specialties of the unit. At the same time, it must continuously improve work ability and service quality, understand the needs of readers and actively provide valuable materials to readers, to best meet the demand of readers and so achieve the objective of serving the production, research work and management of the enterprise.
