摘　　要：通过梳理相关文献资料,结合个案研究,指出大学生创业群体现状:大学生创业教育尚且处在普及阶段,缺乏个性化指导;大学生创业评价模式单一且价值标准良莠不齐.通过对大学生创新创业项目个案研究分析,创业意识的微观建构点与创业意识行为转化的着力点具有同一性,表现为:个人成长经历与气质类型成熟发展;创业者时间观积极乐观心理建设的促进作用;社会支持系统的试错与宽容空间扩大.The current situation of College Students ＇entrepreneurial group is studied by the literature material, the case study method. Entrepreneurship education of college students is still in the stage of popularization and lack of personalized guidance. College Students＇ entrepreneurial evaluation mode is single and the value standard is not uniform. The micro construction point of entrepreneurial consciousness is the same as the focal point of the transformation of entrepreneurial consciousness and behavior.
