摘 要:目的探讨CYP19 rs10046位点基因多态性与新疆维、汉民族女性乳腺癌易感性及临床病理指标的关系.方法选择汉族女性乳腺癌患者、维吾尔族正常女性、汉族正常女性以及维吾尔族女性乳腺癌患者各100例,检测 CYP19 rs10046 位点基因多态性,并对比检测结果.结果在维、汉族各亚组中,病例组与对照组的基因型分布及等位基因频率均无统计学差异(P〉0.05);维、汉两民族病例组与对照组的各基因型及等位基因均未增加患乳腺癌的风险.结论在病例组及对照组中,维、汉两民族CYP19基因型分布及等位基因频率无显著差异.CYP19 rs10046位点基因多态性与新疆维、汉民族女性乳腺癌的发生有关.ObjectiveTo investigate the polymorphism of rs10046 CYP19 locus and the susceptibility of breast cancer in Xinjiang Uygur and Han ethnic women.The relationship between clinical pathological indexes. MethodsHan female breast cancer patients, and Uygur normal women and Han women and Uygurs women with breast cancer patients with 100 cases in each, the detection of CYP19 rs10046 polymorphism, and contrast detection results. Resultsin Uygur and Han subgroups, the case group and the control group of genotype distribution and allele frequency showed no significant difference (P 〉 0.05); in Uygur and Han nationality patients and control group of each genotype and allele was not increased the risk of breast cancer. Conclusionin the case group and control group, two Uygur and Han nationality CYP19 genotype distribution and allele frequency have no significant difference. CYP19 rs10046 gene polymorphism and Xinjiang Uygur and Han nationality women with breast cancer.
