预见性护理指引模式在骨科护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析预见性护理指引模式在骨科护理中的应用效果;方法选择 2014 年 5 月-2015 年5月间在我院骨科诊治的150例患者作为研究对象,将 150 例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组75例,观察组采用预见性护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者的疼痛情况、并发症发生几率以及对护理的满意度;结果观察组的 75例患者良好率为90.67%,对照组为72.00%,;观察组的并发症发生率为6.67%,对照组为17.33%,观察组的护理满意率为96.00%,对照组为77.33%;结论预见性护理能够有效降低骨科患者的疼痛感,降低并发症,提高患者对护理的满意度,值得在临床上推广.Objective To analyzethe effect ofnursing careguidancemode applicationsinorthopedicnursing;MethodsMay 2014May 2015betweena150 patientsin our hospitalorthopedicdiagnosis and treatmentas research subjects, 150patients wererandomized into two groupsand thecontrol group75 cases, observation groupnursing carethe controlgroup received routinecare,pain attwo groups were compared, the chance ofcomplicationsandsatisfaction withcare; results75 patientsin the observation groupwas90.67%good, the control group was72.00%in the observation group, complicationrate was6.67%, the control group was17.33%in the observation groupcaresatisfaction rate of96.00%, the control group was77.33%; Conclusion thenursing carecan effectively reduce thepainof orthopedicpatients, reducecomplications, improve patientnursingsatisfaction, should be promotedin clinical practice.
