摘 要:目的:对鸡眼草种质资源进行了总黄酮含量的测定和评价,并探讨了鸡眼草中总黄酮的动态变化规律.方法:超声波辅助提取总黄酮,以三乙胺为介质紫外分光光度法考察了鸡眼草的总黄酮含量.结果:不同产地鸡眼草总黄酮含量差异极显著,其中贵州凯里榕江鸡眼草为最高,贵州余庆龙溪鸡眼草含量最低;根、茎、叶的总黄酮含量差异极显著,由高到低为叶>茎>根;鸡眼草中总黄酮的积累高峰为6、7、8月;鸡眼草干燥低温中存放,总黄酮含量远高于常温保存.结论:鸡眼草叶片是合成和积累总黄酮的主要器官,夏季是采收鸡眼草的最佳时期并适宜低温干燥保存.鸡眼草总黄酮含量不仅与产地和采收时间有关,而且与生境也有关.Objective: To determinate and analyze the total flavonoids of Kummerowia striata. collected in different places,and to analyze the variety trends of total flavonoids in K. striata. Methods: Using spectrophotometry with the medium of triethylamine,the contents of total flavonoids were determined by ethanol solution extraction assisted with ultrasonic.Results: The contents of total flavonoids in K. striata from different producing areas were significantly different,which was the highest in K. striata from Rongjiang,Guizhou province,but the K. striata from Yuqing,the same province showed the lowest content. The total flavonoids among leaf blade,stem and root system were significantly different and the sequence from high to low was leaf blade > stem > root system. The peak time of total flavonoids accumulation was June,July and August. The total flavonoids of K. striata stored in low-temperature and dry places were much higher than that in usual storage. Conclusions: Leaf was the main organ for the biosynthesis and accumulation of total flavonoids in K. striata.Summer was the best time to harvest K. striata,and it is suitable to store at low-temperature and dry places. The results suggest that contents of total flavonoids relate not only to collecting place and collecting time,but also to plant biotope.
