摘　　要：在充分考虑当前双连拱隧道中隔墙的施工复杂性、渗漏水易发性及其结构特征的基础上,将现有整体浇筑成型的中隔墙采用模块化生产、模块化施工完成,提出了一种双连拱隧道模块化防排水中隔墙结构及其设计方法。模块化防排水中隔墙的结构包括:中隔墙下部现浇模块和连接在中隔墙下部现浇模块顶部的多个相互连接的中隔墙上部Y形预制模块,以及由防排水板、排水管和沉淀井共同构成的中隔墙防排水系统,其中中隔墙上部Y形预制模块与双连拱隧道拱顶二次衬砌连接。模块化防排水中隔墙施工包括多个中隔墙上部Y形预制模块施工、中隔墙下部现浇模块施工及中隔墙上下部的连接与整体成型。Based on full considerations on the complexity of construction,the water leakage susceptibility and structure characteristics of mid-partition wall in double-arch tunnel,modular production and construction take the place of current integral concreting.In this paper,a modular mid-partition wall in double-arch tunnel equipped with the function of waterproof and drainage is proposed.Its structure are as follows：the lower cast-in-situ module,the multiple interconnection Y-shaped prefabricate module fixed on the lower cast-in-situ module,as well as the waterproof and drainage system which is composed by waterproof and drainage plate,drainage pipe and settling basin.The Y-shaped prefabricate module is linked together with secondary lining.The construction of the modular mid-partition wall equipped with the function of waterproof and drainage includes several multiple interconnection Y-shaped prefabricate module construction,the lower cast-in-situ module construction as well as their connection and holistic forming.
