牙缝刷在正畸固定矫治口腔卫生维护中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨牙缝刷辅助刷牙对正畸固定矫治器治疗患者口腔卫生维护的影响。方法：选择14～18岁固定矫治正畸患者40例，实验组20例用牙刷刷牙时配合使用牙缝刷，对照组20例单纯使用牙刷刷牙。分别在第一、三、六个月检测指定牙位菌斑指数及牙龈指数。结果：实验组菌斑指数及牙龈指数显著小于对照组，结果有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：固定矫治的正畸患者刷牙时配合使用牙缝刷能有效地控制菌斑，有利于正畸患者的口腔卫生维护。Objective：To observe the efficacy of interdental brush on the oralhealth in patients with fixed orthodontic appliance. Methods：40 orthodontic patients aged 14 to 18 years old were selected and divided into two groups.The experimental group used interdental brush when brush teeth,while the control group used toothbrush only.The dental plaque index and gingival index were detected at the end of the first month,ethird month and sixth month.Results：The dental plaque index and gingival index of the experimental group were lower than that of control group （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclution：Brushing combined with inter-dental brush can effectively control plaque of fixed appliance orthodontic patients,and is conducive to oral hygiene maintenance of orthodontic patients.
