摘  要:无机微粉填料及纤维改性沥青技术日渐成熟,但鲜见煤矸石粉/水镁石矿物纤维复合改性沥青胶浆的研究成果。通过布氏粘度试验、动态剪切流变试验(DSR)、动态热力学分析试验(DMTA)等对石灰岩矿粉、H-200、H-1250、H-4000型煤矸石粉4种填料与水镁石纤维复合改性沥青胶浆的高低温性能进行研究;运用灰熵法分析了煤矸石粉的各项技术指标对沥青胶浆高低温性能的影响显著性;借助扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱试验仪(IR)对其作用机理进行分析。研究结果表明,煤矸石粉复合水镁石纤维能显著改善沥青胶浆的高温抗车辙性能,而对其低温性能有一定程度的削弱;填料的平均粒径和比表面积是影响沥青胶浆车辙因子和玻璃化转变温度的两个重要因素。为固体废弃物煤矸石与水镁石矿物纤维在沥青路面工程中的资源化利用提供依据。Inorganic powder filler and fiber modified asphalt technology have been matured, but few scholars pay attention to the study of fiber composite coal gangue powder modified asphalt. In this paper, brook-field viscometer test (BV), dynamic shear rheological test (DSR), dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMTA) have been used to study the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mortar which is made of fibers and limestone slag, H-200, H-1250, H-4000 four type of filters; Grey correlation analysis theory is used to calculate the influence degree of indicators about coal gangue powder to high and low temperature performance of asphalt mortar. And with the aid of scanning electron microscope (SEM), and IR spectrometer (IR), studying the reinforcing mechanism of coal gangue compound mineral fiber. The results showed that the fiber composite coal gangue powder can significantly improve the high temperature performance of asphalt mortar matrix, and the low temperature performance have a little weakened; The average particle size and specific surface area of filters are the two most important factors to the rut factor and glass-transition temperature of asphalt mortar. It will provide basis for the utilization of abandoned coal and brucite fiber in the asphalt pavement engineering.
