摘 要:以煤焦油低于360℃的馏分油为原料,采用Ni WP/γ-Al_2O_3商业催化剂,在500 m L高压釜反应器中进行油品加氢实验,通过对原料油及加氢产物的GC-MS分析,研究了反应温度、反应压力及反应时间对煤焦油馏分油加氢产物分布及油品性质的影响。实验结果表明,煤焦油原料油中萘类和酚类的含量(w)最高,分别为23.66%和30.12%;加氢反应过程中,高温不利于萘类向烷基四氢萘的转化,但高压却有利于此过程,并且萘类的加氢反应主要发生在第一个环上,加氢产物主要为苯烯烃和烷基四氢萘;高温高压均有利于酚类的加氢转化,加氢产物主要为烷基苯和环烷烃;加氢后产物的饱和度提高,杂原子物质含量减小,油品得到轻质化。The hydrogenation of low temperature coal tar distillate(below 360℃) was carried out over a commercial MoNi/γ-Al2O3 catalyst in a 500 mL autoclave to produce clean liquid fuel. The feedstock and products were determined by means of GC-MS to investigate the effects of temperature, pressure and reaction time on the product composition. The results showed that alkylnaphthalenes and phenols were the two most abundant compounds in the feedstock,with the contents of 23.66%and 30.12% respectively. In the hydrogenation process,high temperature was not beneficial to the conversion of alkyl-naphthalene to alkyl-tetralin,high pressure could promote the conversion;the alkyl-naphthalene hydrogenation mainly occurred in the first ring and the major products were phenyl olefins and alkyl-tetralin;high pressure and high temperature were conducive to the hydrogenation of phenols and the major products were cycloalkanes and alkyl-benzene. In summary,the feedstock was clearly upgraded after the hydrotreating.
