摘　　要：对我国绿色建筑产业化与产业联盟的发展现状及特殊性进行分析,发现联盟利益分配存在的问题。通过建立利益分配数学模型,采用定性与定量相结合方法予以准确计算,旨在寻求更有效、合理的利益分配机制,使得联盟更具有绿色创新导向,各方协作积极性较高,且联盟整体利益较大,为推动我国绿色建筑产业联盟健康发展提供参考。The paper analyzes the development status quo and the particularity of industrialization and industrial technology innovation strategic alliance of green building in our country. The paper finds that the alliance exists the benefits distribu- tion problems. By constructing the mathematical model of benefits distribution, adopting the combination of the qualitative and quantitative method for accurate calculation, the paper seeks more effective and reasonable benefits distribution project so that alliance can be more green innovation oriented; collaborative enthusiasm can be higher; the interests of the whole al- liance can be bigger. This paper can provide a reference to promote the healthy development of the industry alliance of green building.
