摘  要:何为"教学"?改革创新的教学理念又是什么?事实上,"教"的目的在于"学"。无论是教师、教材与课堂均是为学生学习服务的,"教"是手段,"学"是目标。只有清楚明白"学本位"才能做好教学工作。而"学"的目的在于"育人",这是教育工作的根本要求。故只有明白"人本位"或者叫"学生本位"才能更好地落实教育目标。"利人"的目的在于"成身",即"修身也"。如何培养学生成为一个有功于社会国家的合格优秀人才,所教之"知识"便显得尤为重要。这就探及到了教学所最终落实的层面,即"教什么""学什么"的问题。What is the teaching? What is the concept of teaching reform and innovation? Actually,Teaching aims to learn. The teachers,textbooks and classroom are getting ready for students learning. Teaching is the means while learning is the end. We must clearly understand the learner in order to improve the teaching. The purpose of learning is to educate learners,which is the fundamental requirement of education. Therefore,we must understand"human centeredness"or called "learners-centeredness"in order to better implement education. The education aims to cultivate students to become a useful person. The kind of knowledge we teach becomes very important to how to train students to be active in the community as a qualified talent. This problem concerns the ultimate goal of teaching.
