在国际交流中培养高层次医学人才的实践与体会

摘　　要：随着我国加入WTO,特别是在新一轮医药卫生体制改革全面推进的新形势下,公立医院所面临的内、外部环境都发生了巨大变化,这给公立医院改革与发展带来新的机遇和挑战。本文通过介绍江苏省苏北人民医院通过实施"人才国际化培养工程",坚持"送出去、请进来"的战略方针,通过加强国际交流培养了高层次医学人才的主要做法,阐述了国际交流对培养高层次医学人才、提高医疗技术以及提升科研创新能力等方面的积极作用,从而促进医院的快速发展。With China＇s entry into WTO, especially in the new context of the implementation of medical and health system reform in an overall way, public hospitals＇ reform and development are facing new opportunities and challenges. This paper demonstrated the positive role of international exchanges on developing high level medical talents and improving medical technology and the innovation abilities of scientific research by introducing ＂The Project of International Talents＇ Cultivation＂ in Northern Jiangsu People＇s Hospital and insisting the strategy of ＂Sending abroad and inviting in＂, which promoted the rapid development of the hospital.
