摘  要:2014年8月对南麂列岛海域的甲藻孢囊进行了调查研究,结果检出18种甲藻孢囊(属于4大类),优势种为自养型膝沟藻类的墨西哥易碎藻孢囊、钙质类的椎状斯氏藻孢囊和相似亚历山大藻。甲藻孢囊总丰度在5~33 cysts/m L之间,平均值为其12.75 cysts/m L。甲藻孢囊总体分布规律为岙内海域高于岙口外海域,其中鱼贝类养殖区N1站点最高。4种产PSP毒素甲藻孢囊(相似亚历山大藻、塔玛亚历山大藻、拟膝沟亚历山大藻和伊姆裸甲藻)和2种产YTX毒素甲藻孢囊(具刺膝沟藻和多边舌甲藻)在南麂海域有分布,其中亚历山大藻孢囊分布较广,孢囊丰度占比较高,具有爆发亚历山大藻赤潮的潜在危险。Eighteen dinoflagellate species were identified based on the data in Nanji islands sea area during the August in 2014. The main species were Fragilidium mexicanum of the autotrophic Gonyaulax,Calcareous Scrippsiella trochoidea and Alexandrium affine. The densities of the dinoflagellate cysts were ranged from 5 to 33 cysts/m L, while the average was 12.75 cysts/m L. The distribution characteristic of the dinoflagellate cysts was higher inside the shore than outside the shore. The highest was in N1 station which was the fish and shellfish cultivation area. Four PSP dinoflagellate cysts(Alexandrium affine, Alexandrium tamarense, Alexandrium pesudogonyaulax, Gymnodinium impudicum), and two producing YTX(Gonyaulax spinifera and Lingulodinium polyedra) were also found in the studied area. Alexandrium spp. was widely distributed with a high density,which leading to the potential risk of the occurrence of Alexandrium spp. Red Tide.
