大学的角色定位与转换——基于社会学视角的分析

摘　　要：大学的角色不应该是一成不变的,面对的参照主体不同,其角色定位与行为规范也不同。大学面对政府时承担的是人才输送与接受监督的角色,面对社会时承担的是阶层流动与社会和谐的推动角色,面对个人时承担的是社会化与个性化的任务承担角色。大学只有承担了与自身参照主体性质相对应的义务,才能处理好与这些主体的关系并发展好自身;与此同时,在其角色的转换过程中要避免灵魂迷失,在不同角色的转换中要坚持其内涵与本真。The role of universities should not be invariable. A university should have different role setting and take the corresponding operative norm facing different relative subjects. With the subject of government, its role is to offer talents and accept supervision in this regard. With the subject of society, it serves to promote the flow of social classes and social harmony. With the subject of individuals, it is committed to socialization and personification. Only when universities take the roles matching the particular reference subjects, can they well deal with their relationship with those subjects and achieve self development. More importantly, universities must not lose their soul while shifting between all the roles.
