摘  要:建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定泥鳅中镁、钒、铬、锰、铁、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、镉、锡、汞和铅等18种微量元素的分析方法。实验中采用八级杆碰撞-反应池技术消除了多种原子离子质谱干扰,以Sc,In,Rh,Ir为内标元素校正了质谱分析中基体效应并补偿了信号漂移。方法的线性范围可达到6个数量级,r≥0.9995;检出限为0.004~37.5μg/kg。选择国家一级标准物质鸡肉(GBW10018)、扇贝(GBW10024)、大虾(GBW10050)、猪肝(GBW10051)验证方法的可靠性,待测元素测定结果均在标准值允许范围内,日间相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.79%~15%之间。应用该方法测定了连云港10个主要泥鳅养殖基地不同品种的泥鳅样品,发现泥鳅中富含大量人体所必需的Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Se等微量元素,而Cd,Pb,Cr,Hg等有害元素含量均符合水产品中相关限量标准要求。根据测定结果,建立了连云港出口泥鳅的元素指纹图谱,发现不同养殖基地不同品种的泥鳅样品中元素分布具有共同特征,可作为泥鳅与其它鱼类鉴别的参考依据。The determination of 18 trace elements including Mg,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ge,As,Se,Cd,Sn,Sb,Tb,Hg,Pb and Bi in loach,which is exported to South Korea in the largest number of single species of aquatic animals,was studied by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) using microwave digestion for sample preparation. The octopole collision-reaction system(ORS) was used to eliminate the polyatomic interferences caused by the matrixes. Sc,In,Rh and Ir were used as internal standard elements to compensate matrix effect and signal drift. The results indicated that the linear range of the method was up to six orders of magnitude and the linear correlation coefficient was not less than 0. 9995. The limits of detection(LOD) were in the range of 0. 004 ~ 37. 5 μg /kg. The established method was validated by analyzing the National Standard Reference Material of chicken(GBW10018),scallop(GBW10024),prawn(GBW10050),pork liver(GBW10051) and oyster(GBW10068),which obtained the relative standard deviation values of reproducibility(n = 6) were 0. 79% ~ 15%,and the analytical results were all in material reference range. Ten kinds of loach samples from different breeding base were studied by this method. Among the 18 elements,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn and Se were abundant in loach, Cd, Pb, Cr and Hg were lower than relevant limit requirements. In addition,the element fingerprint of different varieties of loach samples from different breeding base was established,which showed that different varieties of loach samples presented common features and could provide a basis for the identification of loach.
