摘　　要：采用进口自动控温石墨消解仪,在塑料管中用王水消解样品,原子荧光法测定土壤中重金属。采用这种前处理设备和消解方法,既减少了本底污染,又能使用同一份消解溶液测定多种元素,实现了快速测定的目的,加标回收率达到90%~110%。Using imported automatic temperature controlled graphite digestion apparatus,soil samples were digested in plastic tube with aqua regia,and heavy metals were measured with atomic fluorescence spectrometry（AFS）. The pretreatment device and the digestion method can not only reduce the background pollution,but also detect various elements with the same digestion solution to achieve the purpose of rapid determination. The method has good accuracy,and the recovery is 90% ~ 110%.
