创业失败青年再创业意向影响因素分析

摘　　要：基于重庆市部分创业失败青年的相关数据,本研究从个体成就动机、家庭经济条件、同辈青年创业素质以及宏观创业环境方面,具体分析了创业失败青年再创业意向的影响因素。研究发现,成就动机与创业失败青年的再创业意向具有显著的相关性;同辈青年的创业意识和进取心对个体的再创业意向具有很大的影响。研究还表明,市场开放环境和创业失败青年的再创业意向显著相关,创业失败青年对市场开放环境的评价越高,再创业意向越高。Based on the analysis of related data regarding entrepreneurial failure youth in Chongqing city,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of re-entrepreneurial intention concretely,mainly from the aspects of individual achievement motivation,family economic condition,the entrepreneurial quality of peer youth and the macro entrepreneurial environment. According to the research,achievement motivation has significant correlation with entrepreneurial failure youth's re-entrepreneurial intention; the peer youth's entrepreneurial consciousness and enterprising spirit have great influences on individual's reentrepreneurial intention. The research also shows that the market's open environment has significant correlation with entrepreneurial failure youth's re-entrepreneurial intention. For the entrepreneurial failure youth,if the evaluation of market's open environment is higher,their re-entrepreneurial intention will be higher.
