摘 要:学校民主氛围营造意味着让师生能够在平等理智地参与中交流经验、学习联合生活,然而在现实中,师生却缺乏参与机会,且参与中缺乏平等、理性欠缺的问题仍然十分突出。民主氛围的建设需要从学校制度、教学、活动等点点滴滴做起。当前,在教育实践中,已经出现许多为民主而教的努力。但需要注意的是,在一个倡导民主的社会中,许多冠以民主名义的做法其实未必符合民主的精神。因此,不断反思学校的制度和自己的言行是否促进了平等理智地参与,是否存在压制或歧视他人的倾向,是每位成员的责任。The constructing of school democratic atmosphere means that the teachers and students can communicate their own experience conjointly and learn to live together through participating equally and reasonably. However, there are still some shortcomings, such as the lack of opportunities of participating, inequality and unreasonableness during participating and so on. The constructing of democratic atmosphere is supported by the improvement of school institution, teaching and activities etc. Many efforts for democratic education have been found. Special attention is needed that some action which is named democracyis not in line with the spirit of democracy in a society which democracy is being advocated. Reflecting whether school institutions and individual words and deeds facilitate participating equally and reasonably,and oppress or discriminate the others, is the responsibility of every member in schools.
