重庆市二、三级医院护士对责任制整体护理的认知及行为现状

摘　　要：目的:了解重庆市二、三级医院护士对责任制整体护理的认知、行为情况。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对重庆市二、三级医院的1674名护士进行调查和分析。结果:研究对象对责任制整体护理内涵的认知正确率在90%以上;79.7%的护士赞同持续、长久开展责任制整体护理;研究对象关于责任制整体护理行为总的落实率在70%以上,但各具体行为的落实率存在差异;三级医院护士责任制整体护理的认知及行为得分均高于二级医院护士(P<0.01);本科及以上学历护士责任制整体护理的认知及行为得分均高于专科及以下学历护士(P<0.05);不同科室护士责任制整体护理的行为得分比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),其中监护室护士的行为得分最高,而急诊科护士的行为得分最低。结论:重庆市护士对责任制整体护理内涵具有正确的认识,并持积极态度,还需进一步强化责任制整体护理的落实,建立运行责任制整体护理的长效机制。Objective To explore the status of nurses＇ cognition and behaviors on responsibility holistic mursing in grade three and two hospitals of Chongqing. Methods 1674 cases of nurses were sampled from grade three and two hospitals of Chongqing and surveyed with self-designed questionnaires. Results More than 90% of nurses had right cognition on respousibility holistic nursing. 79.7% of them had positive attitude towards continuing responsibility holistic nursing. The total execution rate of respollsibility ho- listic nursing behaviors had achieved more than 70%. The scores of nurses＇ cognition and behaviors on responsibility holistic nnrsing were higher in grade three hospitals than those in grade two hospitals （P 〈 0.01 ）. And the scores of nurses＇ cognition and behaviors on responsibility holistic nursing were higher in nurses with bachelor degree and above （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There and significantly different scores of nurses＇ behaviors on responsibility holistic nursing among different departments （ P 〈 0.01 ）, in which the highest was in ICU, and the lowest was in emergency department. Conclusion The nurses in hospitals of Chongqing had right cognition and positive attitude towards responsibility holistic nursing,which still needs to be further strengthened to develop sustainable system of responsibility holistic nursing.
