摘  要:为野罂粟和秃疮花的杂交育种研究提供参考依据,以野罂粟(Papaver nudicarule)花粉和秃疮花(Dicranostigma leptopodum)花粉为试验材料,采用离体萌发法测定2种花粉的生活力,从而研究不同浓度的蔗糖、硼酸、氯化钙培养液对野罂粟和秃疮花花粉萌发率的影响。结果表明:离体萌发法测定野罂粟花粉生活力的最佳观测时间为5h,最佳培养液组合为蔗糖80g/L+硼酸40mg/L+氯化钙40mg/L,该培养组合萌发率为33.7%;离体萌发法测定秃疮花花粉生活力的最佳观测时间为5h,最佳培养液组合为蔗糖70g/L+硼酸30mg/L+氯化钙30mg/L,该培养组合萌发率为33.1%。By using the pollen from P. nudicaruleand D. leptopodum as material, the authors determined the pollen viability with the method of in vitro Kgermination, so as to provide references for studying on hybrid breeding of P. nudicarule and D. leptopodum. The authors made a study of the influence of different concentrations of sucrose, boric acid and calcium chloride on pollen germination. Results:The best observation time was 5 hour and the optimum germination medium with the method of vitro germination of P. nudicarule pollen was a medium supplemented with sucrose 80 g/L+ boric acid 40 rag/L+ calcium chloride 40 mg/L and the D. leptopodum pollen was a medium supplemented with sucrose 70 g/L+boric acid 30 mg/L + calcium chloride 30 mg/L. The pollen germination of P. nudicarule in the optimum germination medium was 33.7% and that of D. leptopodum was 33.1%.
