我国蔬菜流通损耗的寻优分析

摘　　要：蔬菜属于易腐烂的生鲜农产品,在流通过程中容易发生损耗,当前我国蔬菜流通存在环节过多、损耗严重等问题。为有效控制我国蔬菜流通损耗,提高菜农收入,从实体损耗和价值损耗两方面介绍了我国蔬菜流通损耗的研究现状,对流通损耗较大的原因进行分析,并提出优化我国蔬菜流通环节、减少流通损耗的建议。Vegetables are perishable fresh agricultural products,and are easy to loss in the circulation process.At present,there are many problems,like too many circulation links,serious losses,in the vegetable circulation in our country.In order to effectively reduce the vegetable circulation loss,increase farmers＇ income,the research progress of vegetable circulation loss in China was introduced from the aspects of physical loss and value loss,the reasons of large circulation loss were analyzed,and finally some countermeasures to reduce vegetable circulation loss in China were put forward.
