摘　　要：供应商管理是供应链管理的核心内容,对供应商的选择问题直接关系到企业市场竞争力的提高和运营成本的降低。基于供应商间竞争因素对其进行评价与选择,在DEA模型的基础上,考虑供应商间两两绩效博弈形成基于DEA的动态绩效博弈模型,实现了企业对供应商的选择由能力不变的静态转向能力可变的动态选择过程。DEA动态绩效博弈模型既克服了基于DEA有多个有效决策单元难以选择的问题,同时考虑供应商间的竞争因素,其结果更具有实际意义。通过算例验证本方法的可行性。Supplier management is the core content of Supply Chain Management, extremely for the selection between the enterprises and suppliers, which has vital influence on reducing operating costs and improving market competitiveness. This paper mainly discuss based on the competition between suppliers of factors on the evaluation and selection with the DEA model,rating the performing evaluation according to the selection of suppliers and how to evaluate the performance suppliers and select suppliers by using DEA and pair-wise efficiency game that implements the enterprise the selection of suppliers by constant static steering ability of dynamic variable selection process. As the DEA and pair-wise efficiency game model have multiple effective decisive units in DEA model results, we can have further optimal selections on the basis of that properties, consider the competition between suppliers factors at the same time, the result is more practical significance. And the feasibility of this method is validated by an example.
