摘  要:本论文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、统计法、实验法,运用SPSS16.0统计软件对江西省赣州市大余中学高考体育队53名高三体育考生的100 m成绩进行分析研究。根据调查发现江西省大部分地区的学校主要是以杠铃深蹲练习锻炼体育高考生的下肢爆发力。但是盲目的增加深蹲重量不仅难以将100米跑成绩提高,而且还会对学生造成一定程度的运动伤害。通过测量江西省赣州市大余中学53名学生的身高、体重、最大杠铃深蹲重量和100米跑成绩,对杠铃深蹲重量与100米跑成绩做相关性分析。试求以科学合理的杠铃负荷降低运动损伤风险,提高体育高考生的100 m成绩。In this paper, using literature, questionnaires, statistics, Ganzhou in Jiangxi province Dayu high school entrance sports teams 53 candidates 100 m high school sports scores were analyzed. According to the survey found that most area schools in Jiangxi Province mainly barbell squat exercise training education of candidates for lower limb explosive. However, blindly increase squat weight not only difficult to increase by 100 meter race results, but also to cause some degree of student injuries. By measuring Ganzhou, Jiangxi Dayu Middle School 53 students height, weight, maximum weight barbell squat and 100-meter run performance analysis between the barbell squat weight of 100-meter Race relations. Find the scientific and rational barbell load to maximize the reduction of risk of sports injuries, improve sports performance of candidates for 100 m.
