摘 要:蜀国在历史上曾建立了三次,都城皆在成都。其中,五代时期的蜀国虽仅存在数十年,但由于地理、社会、经济等原因,宴饮习俗呈现出显著特点,对后世产生了较深远的影响。当前,应该借古鉴今,去其糟粕、取其精华,一方面坚决摒弃其奢华之风,另一方面可以挖掘和传承其独特的宴饮形式及文化内涵,丰富人们饮食生活,弘扬古蜀饮食文明。Shu was established three times in the history, all setting capital in Chengdu. Despite a short time of survival- merely several decades, the traditions of banquet of the ancient Shu during the Five Dynasties peri- od enjoyed remarkable characteristics because of its geography, society, and economy, and has exerted a farreaching influence to the posterity. Presently, the past needs to be reflected to guide the current. There is a must to abandon the extravagancy and to dig and pass on the distinct form and cultural connotation of the ban- quet to diversify the behavior of diet and living and carry forward the diet civilization of ancient Shu.
