摘 要:分析了SUV背门外檐板形状特点和冲压成形工艺,利用Autoform对外檐板成形的冲压方向、拉延筋、压料面和工艺补充面等关键工艺进行拉延成形过程数值模拟。建立冲压方向与工件整体成形+零畸变、压料面和拉延筋与均匀成形、工艺补充与充分变形等工艺/成形品质的关系。按照模拟实验结果调整并优化工艺参数,提高了外檐板成形工艺稳定性,为外檐板拉延模具提供设计依据。The profile features and forming process of back doorcornice for SUV have been analyzed. The numerical simulation has been conducted to the drawing process for cornice of back door by use of Autoform software from key process aspects of stamping direction,drawbeads,binder surface,addendum surface. The rela- tionship of process/ forming quality has been established, including stamping direction and the whole work- piece forming + zero distortion; binder surface, drawbeads and uniform forming; and addendum & sufficient deformation. The process paramete~ have been adjusted and optimized according to the simulation results. The stability of forming process for back doorcornice has been improved. It provides reference for drawing die design of the back door cornice.
