略论以社会契约思想重构网络生态环境的意义

摘　　要：社会契约缺失下网络环境存在理性认知失真、文明失序、信息传播泛滥、安全缺乏保障、网络综合症多发等问题。网络生态环境具备社会契约的总体性、规则性、秩序性、公共性等特征,因此,用社会契约思想重构网络生态环境可以深化对网络生态环境的理性认知,提升网络生态环境的文明程度,治理信息泛滥,规范网络安全,医治网络综合症等。Problems exist in Network environment because of the lack of social contract. The problems are cognitive faulty, civilization chaos, the rampancy of information spread, the lack of security guarantee, to name just a few. Since network ecological environment requires wholeness, orderings and rules, the reconstruction of network ecological environment by using social contract theory can deepen the cognition, improve the civilization, harness the rampancy, restraint network safety, and treat the comprehensive syndrome of network ecological environment.
