摘　　要：目的评价基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)高表达与骨肉瘤预后的关系。方法利用计算机检索Pub Med、EMbase、Cochrane、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台,收集建库至2015年11月公开发表的骨肉瘤相关临床研究,语种限定为中英文。按照文献纳入和排除标准选择研究文献,评价文献质量,并提取数据。采用STATA 12.0软件进行Meta分析,计算MMP-2高表达与骨肉瘤预后关系的OR(95%CI),并进行发表偏倚检验和敏感性分析。结果最终纳入20篇临床研究、1 180例受试者,其中包括MMP-2阳性骨肉瘤658例和MMP-2阴性骨肉瘤284例,MMP-2阳性良性骨肿瘤和肿瘤旁组织45例,MMP-2阴性良性骨肿瘤和肿瘤旁组织193例。Meta分析结果显示,MMP-2在骨肉瘤组织中表达明显高于良性骨肿瘤,合并OR值为27.07〔95%CI(8.12,90.31),P=0.001〕;MMP-2高表达与骨肉瘤高外科Ennecking分期、肺转移、软组织浸润相关,合并OR值分别为7.54〔95%CI(4.38,13.00),P<0.001〕、4.78〔95%CI(2.02,11.34),P<0.001〕、5.74〔95%CI(2.58,12.80),P<0.001〕;MMP-2表达水平与骨肉瘤患者年龄、性别、病理类型、发病部位无明显相关性,合并OR值分别为1.06〔95%CI(0.90,1.24),P=0.955〕、1.54〔95%CI(0.97,2.43),P=0.915〕、1.30〔95%CI(0.86,1.95),P=0.955〕、1.22〔95%CI(0.56,2.65),P=0.885〕。敏感性分析提示各项统计结果可信。结论 MMP-2高表达与骨肉瘤高外科Ennecking分期、肺转移和软组织浸润有关,是骨肉瘤预后重要不利因素。进一步大型临床试验有助于证实本研究结论。Objective To evaluate the relationship between the high expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2（ MMP- 2） and the prognosis of osteosarcoma. Methods Based on computer retrieval of Pub Med,EMbase,Cochrane,China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, related clinical researches that had been published from the time of database foundation to November 2015 were collected with the limited languages of Chinese and English. Literature selection were in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, evaluated its quality and extracted data. A meta- analysis is made by STATA 12. 0 software to calculate the OR（ 95% CI） relationship between the high expression of MMP- 2 and the prognosis of osteosarcoma,and publication bias test and sensitivity analysis were also performed. Results 20 clinical researches and 1 180 subjects were included, of which 658 patients with MMP- 2 positive osteosarcoma,284 with MMP- 2 negative osteosarcoma,45 with MMP- 2 positive benign bone tumor and tumor adjacent tissues,and 193 with MMP- 2negative benign bone tumor and tumor adjacent tissues. The results of meta- analysis showed as follows： MMP- 2 expression of osteosarcoma was significantly higher than that of the benign bone tumor with OR value of 27. 07 〔95% CI（ 8. 12,90. 31）,P= 0. 001〕; the high expression of MMP- 2 was related with high surgical Ennecking staging of osteosarcoma, pulmonary metastasis and soft tissue infiltration,and the OR values was 7. 54 〔95% CI（ 4. 38,13. 00）,P〈0. 001 〕、4. 78 〔95% CI（ 2. 02,11. 34）,P〈0. 001〕、5. 74 〔95% CI（ 2. 58,12. 80）,P〈0. 001〕respectively; there was no significant relations between the expression level MMP- 2 and gender,age,pathological type and site of the osteosarcoma patients,and the OR value was 1. 06 〔95% CI（ 0. 90,1. 24）, P = 0. 955 〕、1. 54 〔95% CI（ 0. 97,2. 43）, P = 0. 915 〕、1. 30 〔95% CI（ 0. 86,1. 95）,P = 0. 955〕、1. 22 〔95% CI（ 0. 56,2. 65）,P = 0. 885〕respecti
