摘　　要：为了更好地解决企业盈余管理问题,以上市公司盈余管理动机为切入点,分析盈余管理产生的原因,提出我国上市公司盈余管理存在的主要问题,并针对存在的问题提出规范企业盈余管理的建议,从而使会计信息能够更真实地反映企业的经营状况.To better resolve the issue of surplus management of enterprises, this thesis took the motive of surplus management of listed companies as the entry point, analyzed the reasons for the genesis of surplus management, put forward major problems existing in surplus management of China＇s listed companies, and raised some advice and solutions accordingly, thereby, the accounting information can more truthfully reflect running conditions of enterprises.
