摘 要:目的:探讨医学本科生开展科研创新实验的教学效果。方法:选择我校本科2010级临床医学专业1-3班学生(合计79人)作为研究对象,采取自愿报名制,分成对照组(42人)和实验组(即科研创新实验组,37人),分析实验组问卷调查和比较两组学生理论课考试成绩。结果:根据学生的问卷调查,80%以上学生对医学本科生开展科研创新实验评价良好,实验组学生的理论课考试成绩与对照组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:医学本科生开展科研创新实验有效地提高了学生的综合能力。Objectives: To study the teaching effect of medical undergraduates conducting innovative experiment on scientific research. Methods:To take the clinical medical undergraduates of class one, two, three, four in grade 2010 from our university (a total of 79 people) as research samples. Students, adopted according to the voluntary manner, are divided into control (42 people) and experimental groups (the scientific research innovative experimental group: 37 people). The researcher analyzed the questionnaire survey among the subjects in experimental group and compared the scores of theory learning of students from the two groups. Results:According to the questionnaire survey, over 80% students considered innovative experiment fine. The? difference in the scores of theory learning between experimental group and control group had statistical significance (p 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: Conducting innovative experiment on scientific research could effectively improve students' comprehensive ability.
