摘  要:目的:评价TBL教学法在护理学基础综合性实验教学中的应用效果。方法:选取河北大学护理专业38名学生作为研究对象。将学生分为实验组和对照组,每组19名。在开设综合性实验过程中,实验组采用TBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。两组学生在课程结束后均填写自主学习能力量表和教学效果评价问卷。结果:两组护生在自主学习能力的学习合作维度差异有统计学意义,教学效果评价问卷中的学习促进维度差异有统计学意义,实验操作考核成绩无统计学差异。结论:TBL教学法可以提高护生的学习合作能力,对学习起到促进作用。Objective: To evaluate the effects of Team-Based Learning in fundamental of nursing comprehensive experiments. Methods: A group of 38 nursing students at Hebei University were divided into two groups ( 19 students in each group). They received Team-Based Learning interventions (experimental group) and traditional teaching (control group) respectively. They completed a questionnaire about self-directed leaming competence and teaching-learning feedback after class. Results:There were significant difference between the two groups in learning cooperation and learning promotion. There were no significant differences between the two groups in nursing skills. Conclusion: Team-Based Learning can improve the students' learning cooperation.
